Udon is the most representative of Japan food. Udon bring both and water to a simmeer in saucepan .This restaurant is famous in Kyoto. The restaurant name is Omen. It uses all orgainc food . Also a lot of forgien visitors come to this restaurant. We choose two kind Udon, cold or hot and Tembura. Eat those, you have order. First put the sesame& Kinpira in to the soup. Next put 2 or 3 kind of these vegetables in to the soup little by little and then eat Udon with vegetables after putting noodles in to the soup little by little. You can enjoy many kinds of tastes with various. It has in Korea ,but I want to eat traditional Japan udon .
